Wi‑Fi problems are building problems
The access point is rarely broken. It is in the wrong place, there are too few of them, the building eats the signal, or forty devices are fighting over a channel sized for ten. That is why replacing the box seldom fixes anything.
Designed, then proven
We start with how the space is used — where people work, what moves, what streams — and design coverage and capacity for that, not for a floor plan’s idea of it. On complex sites we survey first. After installation we measure again, so “it works everywhere” is a tested statement, not a hope.
Why we do not mesh a business
Mesh systems and extenders solve coverage by repeating the signal, which means the link carrying your traffic and the link serving your devices are the same radio. Every hop spends bandwidth and adds delay, and the effect compounds with distance from the wired edge — so the far end of the building, exactly where coverage was the problem, is where the connection is worst.
They are also hard to diagnose. A node that has dropped off the network but is still broadcasting looks healthy from the outside while leaving a hole in coverage, and the reports that follow are about “slow Wi‑Fi” rather than about the node.
So we give every access point a path back that is not shared with the devices using it: cable wherever cable can go, and a dedicated wireless link — point-to-point or point-to-multipoint, whichever suits the site — where it cannot. Mesh has its place in some homes. A business that depends on the network is not it.
Beyond the office
Warehouses with racking. Outdoor areas. Accommodation where every room is a customer. Multi-building sites that should feel like one network. This is normal work for us, not an exception.
