Walking past is not a monitoring strategy
Inspection rounds find last night’s failure this morning. For equipment whose stopping costs money — refrigeration, pumping, charging, production — the gap between failing and being found is pure loss.
Instrumented, connected, watched
We fit the measurement to the machine: its own interface where it has one, sensors where it does not. Then we connect it — including from sites with no fixed Internet — and put the readings where they act: alerts for the abnormal, dashboards for the current, history for the arguments.
Start with what hurts
The best first project is the equipment whose failure you dread. One machine that reports honestly beats a site full of dashboards nobody reads.
