AI-Assisted Brief Notice

The Connection Brief uses an AI assistant to help you describe your requirement: it may ask clarifying questions and drafts a structured summary of what you've told us.

What it does

It organises your own answers into a brief a network engineer can act on, and may classify the enquiry so it reaches the right process. You review the summary and can correct it before anything is submitted; your original answers are always stored alongside, unchanged.

What it never does

It does not make service decisions about you, quote prices, or provide engineering designs. Every enquiry is read and decided by a person. Your content is not used to train AI models.
