Accessibility statement

This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as a release requirement: every page is automatically tested across multiple screen sizes and motion preferences on every change, and a change that introduces a serious barrier cannot be published.

How this site is tested

• Every page is scanned with automated WCAG 2.2 AA checks across desktop and mobile screen sizes, in both normal and reduced-motion modes, on every change. Critical or serious findings block publication.
• The interactive Connection Brief is additionally tested in its in-use states — options selected, follow-up questions visible, review step revealed — and its controls are verified to be fully operable by keyboard alone.
• The current results are published in the site’s standing accessibility report, regenerated on every change.

Known limitations

Automated and keyboard testing catch only part of WCAG. A manual screen-reader audit (NVDA and VoiceOver) of the homepage, a customer story and the full Connection Brief is scheduled before launch; this statement will record its findings and date once completed.
