About
An engineering company, deliberately small
Zero Point Networks is a Perth-based boutique network engineering and connected-systems business. We provide the everyday connectivity businesses rely on — and we're at our best when the requirement is unusual, difficult, or operationally critical.
The business is built around a simple observation: most providers sell products, but most customers have problems. Between "our Internet keeps dropping out" and the right answer sits actual engineering — understanding the site, the operation and the consequences of failure — and that work is what we sell.
Some of our customers just want dependable Internet, phones and Wi‑Fi with one accountable local team behind them. Others arrive with the problems nobody else would quote: the site no carrier reaches, the machines that fail silently, the systems that have never spoken. We do both, on purpose — the ordinary work keeps us sharp and accountable, and the unusual work is where the engineering depth shows.
How we work
Start with the business problem
Not the product catalogue. The technology is chosen after the problem is understood, never before.
Select technology on need
We are platform-plural on purpose, with no reseller quotas steering the recommendation.
Design for reliability and maintainability
A clever network that only its builder understands is a liability. We build things that survive their creators.
Avoid unnecessary complexity
The simplest design that genuinely meets the requirement wins. Complexity must pay rent.
Support what we build
Design, build and support are one accountability, not three vendors pointing at each other.
Practical outcomes over novelty
New technology earns its place by solving something, not by being new.
